The aim of this post is suggest two personal innovations for the CQU student to provide service for their online assessments, study schedules and course guides. These personal innovations are carried out for the students in a more friendly service in mobile devices.
SMS innovation system
Various information’s regarding the assessments is updated to the student of the CQU, which is done through email currently. The new innovation through SMS in mobile devices enables student more like to get attended to the alerts made by the CQU. For instance when the students have dead line for their assessment can be intimated through SMS text alert. For the particular assessment hints can be provided to the students in an easiest way to do assessment of their own. With the LSU in CQU, the students can make appointments for assistance for assignment. The department of library in CQU can also sent SMS alert for the last date for renewals of rented books and students use same service to renew for the books. This type of services make at their ease to pay more attention, concentration to the responses made by the University.

Window based innovation system
This new system has browser window chat room, specifically designed for mobile devices. In this window the students with their unique student id can login and share ideas, information about their assessment, course guides and even tutor can converse with students for assistance. In this java based technology, all the smart phones have the supporting software in-built to use in it. So this new system can be easily implemented and all the CQU students and staffs can work on this general chat room to share information, ideas, thoughts related to the assessment, course, books, and knowledge.
In this window based system the tutor and the student can have direct chat conversation with minimum of 5 users to can request for the tutor and others will be set in queue or can general publish their ideas in the public room. Since the system is web-based for the tutor alone can access this software even from website in desktop system supporting with special web privileges. The students can use this service from their devices and get connected with CQU network students and staffs. To be more perspective and to avoid misuse of this service it has anonymous script blocks like some words which are not related to studies.
