3.Based on your experience, what could CQU do to reduce student academic misconduct?
As an employee from CQU I.T. Division the University can make further steps to reduce the academic misconduct. Since CQU has already ethics and policies in solving the issues of student misconduct, in addition it can focus its attention in helping the student in key techniques for various assignments from the different prescribed, valued journals or articles in the Internet.
Further more the student can be assigned topic for exercise in which related journals can be assigned to them in the Tutorial class room. Then the students can make a practice in searching the stuff from the Internet to analyses and determine that this information is published from authorized point.
As a whole CQU can get the assistance of a third party tool, a software which can relate keywords with relevant topics for the assignments thereby the student can fine tune them for wide Knowledge in vocabulary and understanding concepts.
